In the spring of 2017, the desire to help my neighbor (friend Elena from Mogilev needed to pick up a ceramic product in Minsk after firing) led me to the ceramics master Irina. I go into the hallway. To the right of the door is a multi-level structure for cats, on top of which there is a rare feline specimen: a huge black cat.
The nickname of the big black cat was obvious, since the book “The Master and Margarita” was read and re-read by me, but at that moment something crossed the brain and the associative series did not want to line up (there were many reasons for this, however, the size of the cat became the last straw )
The hostess took pity and introduced the pet:
Well, of course, how could it be otherwise.
Since it was the first thing, I went to the kitchen to watch the work of the master. Any handmade mesmerizes, intrigues and enters into a trance. Looking at ceramics, I was in a mild hypnotic state, but out of the corner of my eye I caught the movement of a large black shadow: A hippopotamus climbed onto a stool and moved in synchronization with me.
Having finished with the purpose of the visit, I dressed in the hallway, where I again found a cat to the right of the door - he stood on his dais and sniffed my hands. Like a dog.
“You are so huge and so ... arrogant!” - I decided to praise him (in English there is a suitable word assertive).
- MEOW! - Cat loudly and confidently warned me from familiarity.
Irina made a speech in defense of the pet:
“He's not arrogant, he's just big.” I was looking for him for a long time, black and big. When he was a kitten and came to his mother cat to eat, he simply pushed other kittens away. He was twice as large as anyone!
"Well, is it not arrogant!" I thought delightedly.
